Home loan

I recently received my credit report from compuscan and experion which reflect adverse listing on my home loan account. To my knowledge my account is up to date with no outstanding amount on it, what is annoying the most is that I called the bank now and spent 30minutes on the phone being transferred from one dpt to another. I need the bank to please remove the bad listing on my report.
