Home loan declined after previously being approved
In Aug'14 Nedbank approved a home loan at R693K, but the deal was never taken up because it was discovered that a portion of the property is considered commercial. I then looked extensively for another property FOR MONTHS within the same price range and eventually found one at R670K. Now, I'm being declined due to \debt to service"ratio because interest-rates has since had a minimal increase. That minimal increase can hardly affect my affordability and the home loan consultant even telephonically acknowledged that she can see"
