Home loan declined

I recently app**** for a house loan at Nedbank online and i was approved for R810 000, i then went to apply with an estate agent because i didn't have the OTP that was required while you apply online, but to my surprise the result came back as declined, the reason being i have a judgement on Credit Bureau, i pulled out my credit report from Transunion, Compuscan and Clearscore and there is no such judgement. can Nedbank please clarify which judgement are you talking about and from which Credit Bureau?
