Home loan debit order change.

Why is Nedbank changing my Home loan repayment to the 20th January and not the agreed date of the 27th of every month. Who woll be responsible for the unpaid debit order. I have good payment history on my home loan and doesn't deserve to be treated in this manner. I just called the bank now and apparently this cannot be changed!!!!!!
