Home loan complain

I have a home loan with Nedbank since 1994 and the bond was fully paid in year 2007.I tried to get the house registered with the deed office but all in vain.I requested.documents such as, offer to purchase.marriage certificate,collateral letter ,Breakdown of all the charges.The service isi disgusting because you phone a and a will refer you to b and be will refer you to g and g will put the phone down.I phone from.my cell and is too costly and time consuming.
