Home Loan Claims Negligence - Prudence Vrede

So they take over 10 days to reject my claim where in the 10 days not one attempt was made by my claims handler to contact me…now costs have bn incurred from a life and death security issue and they don’t care less…Natasha and Prudence Vrede made empty promises and nobody is calling to attend to my issue. NEDBANK is really proving to be *********** and recklesss with my account and highly inefficient. I need a Home Loans manager to sort this mess out ASAP!
