Home Loan Cession

I had a life policy that was ceded to my fathers home loan. My father passed away and the estate was wrapped up by Nedbank and the homeloan paid up. Nedbank handled the estate. I have been trying for months to get a letter from Nedbank that the cession is no longer needed. Only to sent from pillar to post just to get a letter. Ridiculous service from Nedbank.
