HOME LOAN APPROVED BY NEDBANK AND THE HOUSE IS NOT WORTH THE HOME LOAN

I bought a house in Pacaltsdorp George November 2017. The sellers moved out of the house end of April 2018. I moved from Cape Town to George, 1st May 2018, to come and start a new life in George, as the agent made many promises. On my arrival at George Pacaltsdorp I was shocked to see what the agent has sold me. I am devastated because the house is falling apart. I can not believe that Nedbank's Property Evaluator has given the go-ahead so that the property can go through on a bond of R470 000.00. I need you to send another property evaluator to come and re-evaluate this property, as actual value. I will have to contact the Ombudsman, as I was caught by the Agent and the bank to approve this kind of property for nearly a half a million, the house walls are cracked right through to the other side. Also, don't know how the COC certificate has been done if the plug is sitting on the cracks. The walls are falling apart, and the building structure is not stable. The property windows are all cracked or broken, and the unhygienic state is **********. I would want Nedbank to contact me ASAP as this need to be resolved with immediate effect.
