I had an amazing experience with Nedbank while applying for a home loan. The consultant that dealt with my application, Megan Harding, was truly exceptional! I had a quote from Nedbank in less than 30 hours from the time I submitted my application.

Unfortunately, the initial interest rate they quoted was 9,7% which was too high compared to other offers I had received. However, they were willing to negotiate and came down to 9,3% with a 50% discount in attorney fees and 15k cash back if I had chosen to have a primary cheque account with them. Megan guided me through this process and communicated the progress of my application every step of the way. While I opted to choose a competitor bank for my home loan due to significantly better rates offered, my heart wanted to choose Nedbank simply because of the amazing service I was given.
