Home loan and credit record confusion

Nedbank home loan. This division is disadvantaging it's customers. How can they send information to credit bearue stating that my home loan repayment is not up to date when it is actually up to date. I called then so that they can rectify it, but they just push you from one consultant to another. Useless. I am considering moving my home loan to another bank.
