Home loan

I have an issue with my home loan , i have been sending countless e-mail to the assigned home loan consultant but they never respond , since December i have been kept in the dark , I am not sure why it is so difficult to provide feedback . I am frustrated and in the dark , this is really poor customer service at its best .
