I app**** for a home loan with Nedbank as they're my bank. I got a pre-approval and 12.10% interest rate. i did not accept as the interest rate was too high. I was disappointed that Nedbank wont take care of me as their client and were not willing to negotiate a 10% interest rate, i was told NO that's my rate and that's it! <br> <br> i app**** for the second time with a different agent and my application was declined. Another banking institution approved my application at 10% interest rate.<br> <br> Disappointed with Nedbank, they say they will help make things happen but for me they made things difficult for me. i thought my bank was supposed to give me a good rate and take care of me as a client. <br> <br> i have decided to move all my account from Nedbank to the other bank, it is useless to deal with a bank that does not believe in me.
