Nedbank personnel is unable to assist with a query since Monday, 10 November 2025. I have phoned them for assistance and they told me to go to the branch in Uitenhage, which I did but till today I haven't been assisted. I have made numerous calls since Monday but no one was able to help me with my query. Please can you perhaps assist me with this matter.
