Home Loan

I was just informed by the collection Dept at Nedbank that i am unable to get further assistance due to the fact that my Bond was registered early FEB 2014(2nd) and my 1st instalment was debited on the 25th FEB 2014. i have not skipped a payment on my bond as i knew it will have a negative effect on my account.
Now becasue of this 23 day period from date of registration(2nd) to the date my account was debited(25th i now owe the bank R7000 which i was NOT aware of, and now has a negative reflection on my account/Profile
My question is, why has no one contacted me with regards to this, and why am i now held liable for something i was not informed about. why did i have to go into the bank to have this thrown in my face. and if i did not go, what would the amount be 5 years down the line??????
The lady whom i spoke to at the collections dept is NEO. reference no. ***

I am extremely frustrated, Could someone please explain to me how this became my responsibility??????What is Nedbank going to do about this
Thinking of moving my Bond as i am extremelty unhappy about this service that i recieved today from NEDBANK.
