Home Insurance still not cancelled bond account number ***

<p>We visited the Nedbank in Northgate to log a call for our Nedbank homeloan insurance to be cancelled and be replaced with our Alexander Forbes Life insurance on the 7th of November 2016 and we were assisted by Marcus Seutlwetse who logged a call with call centre and never got any positive results instead when he investigated the matter he was been told that the matter wasn't been attended to till to this day and now Marcus is no longer with Northgate branch. And we also visited Nedbank again to follow up but we did not succeed, not happy with the service we received from Nedbank because it seems like there is no one responsible in assisting the customer with closing of accounts. Marcus from Northgate tried his best to resolve this matter and gave us the updates but we were failed by the call centre where everything needs to be assessed and finalised and we are paying for both homeloan insurances at present.</p>
