Home insurance claim-worst service ever !

Nedbank Home Insurance is the worst insurance!! Logged a claim for a leak in the roof of our 3rd bedroom. They came to replace the ceiling but didn't fix the problem outside! And so the leak broke through again !! Logged another claim weeks ago and they said they are coming back but nobody came !! Then we logged another claim for another leak in main bedroom, someone came to assess and Nedbank just declined our claim. The service is pathetic!!! I will not recommend Nedbank to anybody.
