Home insurance

My wife experienced a burst geyser at our home on the 4th of November 2020, called nedbank home loans insurance, after being put on hold for more than 2 hours she finally registered the claim and the plumbing company was allocated, on the same day the plumbers came and replaced the geyser, which was good cos they didn't take long... So the next day my wife told me that there is water leaking from the geyser, which i told her it could be the pressure valve releasing the pressure from the geyser. When i got home on the 13th November, i saw the water running from the pipe, and i thought to myself, the geyser only releases pressure when the water is hot, and it would not fill a 25 litre bucket in 2 or 3 hours, on sunday the 15th November i went up into the ceiling to check what the problem might be, when i got up the ceiling i saw that 1 of the joints has been leaking since the plumbers replaced the geyse. I then called the plumbing company to notify them that the job they did is not up to standard, there is a pipe that is leaking... The reply i got from them was not pleasant at all because they said that, thats an old joint, but its an old joint that they joined the new one to... So now they say they will charge me to come and fix it, and i asked them why must i pay for something that i already paid for when i paid the access the first time? I think the banks are goin to lose a lot of clients if they continue working with FOGI plumbing solutions... These guys are so unprofessional and their telephone skills is very poor when talking to clients... Either I'm gona change my home insurance or nedbank must look into this before they lose clients because of unprofessionalism.. They are sabotaging nedbank clients of i must stay... Now because of that pipe leak, my wooden floor is damaged, my ceiling and insulation is wet, my walls are wet and my waterbill will definitely be high this month
