HOLDING TOO LONG for callcenter to BLOCKCARD!!!!!!

I went to an ATM yesterday to withdraw some money. A guy who seemed like he had done using the atm seemed like he had left his receipt on the machine and told me to push the card slowly, well i told him it's fine i can handle it, I don't need assistance as soon as the card was the card was in, or so i thought, i put in a pin then another one came from behind asking if i was okay. Immediately i got suspicious with all happening then decided to cancel the transaction quick. When my card wasn't coming out I started panicking, then i realized that my card was gone and all the suspicious people were also gone. 1st thing that came to my mind was to call STOP/BLOCK CARD call center. I held for about 6 minutes if not more with a song in my ear holding for a consultant to assist. When she did it was already too late as i heard notification of money being withdrawn from my account. Within the space of time that I was placed on hold I believe the card would've long been stopped. The holding time wasn't necessary for a call center of that sort. Please improve your call center service. Now my money is gone:(
