Hold removal

Pathetic service from Nedbank. Branch is unable to assist as well as your contact centre. I have been a Nedbank client for over 10 years. Hold placed on my account and you cannot provide me with feedback as to the grounds this was based upon. If this cannot be resolved please close this account with immediate effect or i will be taking this up with the banking ombudsman.
