hold on my credit card

the service I received from Nedbank is really pathetic, I called the call center and I spoke to Sandile, Sithabile, and some rude guy from Glen Marais branch. A simple thing of lifting a hold on my card for a simple thing about fica has a become a daunting process, I have submitted my fica documents and now that I want to use the money that I had saved im being sent from pillar to post its really frustrating. This is my money I have been saving into this card and im not borrowing from anyone. Im definitely closing this card as soon as I get my money and I will never do business with this Bank ever. its pathetic to say the least.
