Highly Disappointing Dream Maker Investment

I made a notice for withdrawal on the 29th October 2018, to date, I have not received any monies from Nedbank. I had to make countless calls for me to find out that my notice for withdrawal had not reached the dream maker division from the bank, also, had to call a couple of times only to be told that I do not qualify for a part-withdrawal but to fill an outright cession form. The form has been submitted but still, no communication, I only found out today that there has to be a seating that will decide if I am getting the money or not, this, I had to call for me to know, no one felt it necessary to tell me. My form is going to take longer than normal to process, for a form that was submitted on the 29/10/2018, I do not know the definition of 'longer' anymore. I will never open a Nedbank anything again, ever!!
