Highly Disappointed

As a new client to Nedbank, I must say their service has been disappointing. Nedbank Global has really let me down with different dates for a transaction to reach them, no reference at all to queries logged, no email at all, no feedback unless I call again, and then get a new consultant who says a different thing. I am really disappointed with your service.
