Highly disappointed by the procedure! Worst procedure on send imali!!!

Am so disgusted by my bank Nedbank and highly disappointed!!! I have never had ankh issues until now. What nonsense is this that they cannot reverse my send i-mail back to my account!! If money sent via send imali is not retrieve it would take normally 48Hours to revert back to ones account, guess what this is no longer the case. I have been assured twice, 1sly Wednesday my funds will be back into my account, then called as nothing, then got told that this Friday - still now@!! - Still being proceed! I have requested to speak to a Manager, how convenient not available but at a Managerial call or something! What on Earth is the reason to authenticate to verify with your phone if you still have to go through this!! Am so livid for the way Nedbank conducts matters, I want this resolved as TODAY!
