Highest Level of Rude Service!

The worst ****en bank to ever do business with. If I could I would transfer everything to another bank. The agents are so ****en rude. Calling my personal phone and not even doing verification first to confirm if its the account holder. How the **** am I in arrears when I clearly paid every single month and they’re after approved for more credit??? Nedbank is the worst I will never ever do business with this bank. Up to this day, I am still waiting for a manager to contact me back but instead I still get rude agents calling me. What kind of mediocracy is this. **** all this agents.
