High bank charges

Nedbank has always been 'my' bank. Nowadays Nedbank has resorted to robbing their clients blind! I queried mds m/c in 0*** ins funds as I did not see any transactions relating to insufficient funds. When queried I spoke to the agent she was as helpful as a plank. Surely we are not dealing with humans who are actively processing our accounts, so why charge such high banking fees? In today's times of struggle Nedbank thinks it cool to take money from clients. Money that could put food on the table or pay for electricity.
