high access for claims

My house was broken into early Sunday morning, I am a single mother of 2 sons and already had a big loss with food and goods that has been ******, I am paying a bond for the last 11 years with Nedbank and only once had a claim of a burst geyser, which was repaired but when they broke the asbestos roof to fit the geyser I had to fix it on my own....I lost allot and forgot I had homeowners insurance. Well I was advised the window that is broken can be replaced however it will cost me R750 access...I pay my insurance and bond deligently every month and I think for a small window the access is ridiculous...I don't have that amount of money firstly and should access not be determined on the value of replacement...I hate when I was told well then you have to replace it yourself...I find this very inconsiderate and I would now be considering looking for other insurance.
