Hi. I bought my car with Mfc Nedbank. They took my car to the storage. I transferred R28 000. Now when I asked for a settlement. Since last week Wednsday. They charge for storage. I called and called. I eventually got a email after being promised my settlement letter after 24 hours. It's not my settlement letter and now they say they do not have me on record.
