Helpless consumer

Seeing green attractive branches of Nedbank and their slogans doesn't really mean you'll get what they promised....last week wensday me and my fiance we've app**** for a loan it was approved but they promised us to reply with sms within 24 to 48 hours but since that day we are the ones phoning for feedback and everyone or every consultant that speaks to us is telling different stories and we never felt so helpless today we've been trying the call centre also visit the branch there's no answer...people never trust those green uniforms and walls when you in need of something I swear you'll regret trust me am not the only one with such complaints.....please spread the word for us HelloPeter. ?
