Helped only halfway and then forgotten of.

I recently went into the Nedbank Branch in Sandton City. I spoke to a consultant and explained to him that I would like to consolidate my debt into one account with Nedbank. I explained everything to him and showed him all my paper work. I also mentioned to him that I would like to get an overall solution from Nedbank, From banking right up to my car finance, so that everything I have is with one bank. He said he will assist me and gave me his business card, this was last year October. i have been emailing him ever since, so that I know what I need to do and send through to him. No response what so ever. I work almost every day and find it hard to get the bank again and again. This consultant has just gone MIA. he hasnt rep**** any of mails. From October until Now and I am still waiting a response. All the adverts talk about helping people and assisting within hours, I have been waiting 6 months already. My advise to any one rather try FNB or Standard Bank as Nedbank is nothing but a time waster. I wasted all my time waiting for HELP and NOTHING. WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE.
