HELP NEEDED

Dear Sir/Madam

For many years I have been a loyal paying customer o Nedbank and I have held a personal Loan for the last 10 years with absolutely no issues. I have never asked for my account to be restructured even when I was on maternity leave and did not receive a full salary. In May this year my contract changed and I am now on a contract basis and not being paid a full salary. I also had to move to JHB and I have been trying to maintain my payments. I am however drowning and I made arrangements for the next 3 months but after this 3 months I wanted a 6 month grace period. Instead of me not saying anything and just not paying, I am asking for assistance. For just 6 months for no payment until I am back on my feet. My installment thereafter can be restructured to accommodate all the months missed. Please can you either assist or suggest a way forward. Surely if customers are struggling there is help offered
