HELP!

I had taken a personal loan with Nedbank in 2010 A few months later i was retrenched and with the help of that company's legal team i informed all my creditors including Nedbank about this. I was asked to fax through several forms to their offices and i hadnt heard from them since. while unemployed Nedbank kept calling and I kept sending through all the necessary form. I got a temping assigment three months after being retreched and during those 8 months i paid my monthly installments still battling because Nedbank 's retrenchment people to assist. I was left unemployed again after my 8 month contract and the calls never stopped. I started yet another contract and then i complained on Nedbanks'website about their inability to assist and after alot of communication with a Reginald dude Nedbank insisted i repay the loan on the basis that i didnt inform them within three motnhs that i was retrenched and according to them i only paid 6 months towards this loan, 2013/2014 I was listed on the amount of R9000. (Default) debt written off but this year I'm owing almost R30000.00 which is craze. Help because i cant go on like this
