Hellopeter I am in tears right now, when my car is taken by MFC due to non payments. I was under debt review and got retrenched at work. I sent them a letter to inform my creditors. On the 17th July the car was taken at the Mall. No court order signed nothing I signed that day. Now I have a letter for settlement no other options available. My partner is willing to assist with instalments but they refused. I am so heart broken. I am also given a letter of mutual agreement to be signed and scan back to them.
