My mum had past away last year in Sep 2018 , my dad and myself when to our attorney to close my mums account . Our family attorney submitted all docs to Nedbank for the account to be closed . We are waiting almost 1 year with no joy or feedback from Nedbank . Our attorney says he is waiting for Nedbank . Nedbank is very quick to deduct THERE fees and other amounts when suites them to Keep and increase there share price . What type of service is this . 10 mins to open an account and 1 year to close it . Such a heartless Joke company .
