Have to wait a month to get my physical address to reflect on my statement

<p>i went into the bank to update my new physical address and get a statement for Sars for my year end tax returns and got told by both the teller and XOLA TOBI from their headoffice that i have to wait a full month (next cycle) which is on the 22nd AUGUST for my new info to reflect on the statement..... We are living in the 21CENTURY but yet with Nedbank takes a MONTH to have my new details reflect on a statement</p> <p>TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! </p> <p>I have to wait another month to sort out my returns with Sars </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
