HAVE TO VISIT A BRANCH TO REGISTER FOR AN APP!??!?!?!?!?

I am trying to register to get my statements for car finance that I have through MFC because for some strange reason I do not get email statements. When I try to register I am told I have to download the Nedbank Money App. I download the App and then I am told that I have to visit my NEAREST NEDBANK BRANCH TO REGISTER???!?!?!!? WHAT THE ACTUAL ****?!?!""!?!?!

HOW ON EARTH, IN THIS DAY AND AGE WITH THE TECHNOLOGY THAT WE HAVE AM I STILL SUPPOSED TO VISIT A ****ING NEDBANK BRANCH TO REGISTER FOR A ****IN APP!!!! THAT IS ABSOLUTELY ****IN RIDICULOUS!!!! **** YOU NEDBANK!!! USELESS BUNCH OF **** HEADSS!!!!
