HATE THE MONEY-APP

I am struggling with my money-app for the 4th time now, and each and every time I have to go to the branch to sort it out. The consultants over the phone continue giving me the useless advice to delete and re-download the app, while it is never the problem, nor solves it. I am moving banks.
