HATE NEDBACK

Nedbank so pathetic - they took some moneys about R2000 off y account no notification for what it is.. When i CALLED IN THE manager on Duty at h/o said was for ATM payment I asked her to have it reversed said THEY wont o it!! I said no one communicated with me about a deduction of R2000 !! HOW DOES A BANK NOT COMMUNICATE - HATE THIS BANK I AM ONLY KEEPING IT OPEN FOR DEBTS
