Hassle free Nedbank Insurance claim for peace of mind

A big shout out to Varsha Hurrinath at Nedbank Insurance for her professionalism and going the extra mile! I called on the 22nd January 2024 to submit a claim for my borehole. Her enthusiasm to provide excellent service and her patience is top notch. Before I ended the call I requested her to check my other pending claims unrelated to the borehole claim and she explained the exact status and the next steps. I also requested a copy of my policy document and she e-mailed it it to me while we were on the call. She was quick and very efficient. She really made my day.
