Harrassing other people for my debt

This is my second bad review of Nedbank

I have a loan and credit card, went under debt review. Making monthly payments towards both accounts.

Nedbank has however decided to send threatening messages to my husband who has no debt at all (he was just included on my application due to how we are married)

They are threatening us with visits from the sheriff of the court etc but not once a thank you for your payment message.

And then also the fact they are messaging my husband about my accounts so when I phone regarding the messages they hang up on me because according to them its not my account but my husbands when he doesnt owe them a cent.

Get your act together, I will report you and I do have the right to stop paying you if you keep up this harrasment and messaging the wrong people
