HARRASED DISTRESSED NON ACCOUNT HOLDER

I am being harased by debt collectors who are threatning me with legal action for an overdrawn cheq account which I DONT HAVE!!! The only thing I had with nedbank was a paid up student loan 20 years ago. I tried to open a business cheq account online 6 years ago, however I never went to the Greenacres branch business consultant in branch to activate it,as they required me to bring a R500 opening fee, never even got an account number. Enlighten me as to what overdrawn cheq account am I being harrased for? This is extremely disturbing as when I told the debt collectors that I dont know what they talking about they told me to contact Nedbank. Went to Baywest Mall Nedbank and I was not assisted bcz consultants were all sitting in their desks and looking down, I walked out after 10 min of being ignored. FYI I had a ticket for enquiries. This is not the first time I am experiencing this problem, it seems every 3 years Nedbank sells my mane to debt collectors for an account that I didnt have, never activated the business acc!!!!!!! YOU ARE MESSING WITH MY STATE OF MIND AND CAUSING ANXIETY TO AN ALREADY DISTRESSED UNEMPOLYED MOTHER OF A CHILD WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
