Harassment for 12 years debt

A personal loan was taken out on my name by a debt consolidation company 2012, I had went into the Nedbank branch in Randburg square. I had spoken to the branch manager and it was declared ***** and I submitted the relevant documents from a case opened, I asked for camera footage for the date, the signatures were never mine and this was information provided to me by the branch manger in 2012, this was feedback from their ***** department. It's 2024 and I am still being harassed by debt collection company telling me that I owe this money after 12 years and i am told that they will take legal action. I never took the loan never paid a single installment, sent all my documents when it was request as proof 10 times to the debt collection companies, And then went back to Nedbank and they took my documents and told me that the account is closed and showed me on the system it's resolved.I cannot find the letter that they had given me 12 years ago to prove that they had resolved this.I want this closed and after 12 years Nedbank is still selling a ***** case account to debt collectors.This is sickening.
