Harassment Beyond Limits!!!

I had taken out a loan with Nedbank in 2009 and settled the outstanding amount in 2012 in full (R15 500.00) to Moadi Attorney's (Nedbank's Debt Collecting Agency)..2 years later in May 2014 Nedbank (NRR Queries contact me regarding my outstanding loan outstanding with the bank). I then email & fax them my proof of payment more than once and eventually received confirmation (02 June 2014) that it has been received and query has been logged (this was in 2014). I now thought this has all been settled and done with. To my surprise 5 years later Nedbank is on my case once again about this same loan and so here we go again - now the outstanding loan is for R14 907.00 in 2019 and this fiesty consultant wants to know from me into which SUSPENSE ACCOUNT i had paid the monies into and Nedbank is not allowed to contact Moadi Attorney's (their debt collectors) to query this. I have to do it - what **** is that... I then get handed over to ERASMUS ATTORNEY who sends me an sms on the 16-10-2019 saying that R50 000 will be added to my balance on my NDRC Acc, PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTION - Ref.... what ****.I then call the number to find out what this is all about to find out that my "claim is handed over to Ver-Tex they give me the number just to find out they don't have anything on file for my ID number or ref given. So what now!!! About 2 days later Ver-Tex calls me as they have all my details /file now and I send them the proof of payment and give them all the stuff that I sent Nedbank (***:***) so many times already and now Ver-Tex tell me that they have forwarded the proof of payment to Nedbank and are awaiting feedback for them to let them know as to whether they are going to close the case cos this loan has been paid according to myself and Ver-Tex. So NEDBANK please find another sucker to get your monies from.
