Harassment and false accusation

Nedbank does not abide to the NCR and makes false accusations and threats via sms's. Nedbank accusations are that Nedbank are in receipt of recorded call that I acknowledge the debt and that I failed to make a payment. The account is question was part of my sequestration and Nedbank have been informed on more than 20 accounts of the sequestration. Proof of the sequestration have been sent thru to Nedbank and attorneys more than 10 times. The debt in question also falls outside the collection period of 5 years and if Nedbank was a professional bank and abided by the NCR regulations, they would have resolved the account. Now that they accuse myself of having a call of acknowledging the debt I would like to have proof of this.<br> <br> Nedbank attorneys contact numbers are as per the sms and Nedbank recollection lines are ***, but the call is cut if called and Nedbank refuses to assist with the account. Thus Nedbank will not help and the Nedbank attorneys Groenewald Lubbe does not answer their phones. Very convenient. <br>
