Harassing SMS from Nedbank when I dont owe them a cent

For the last month I have received a message from Nedbank everyday telling me my payment holiday is over.... I have no balance with Nedbank why are you harassing me with these daily messages? It is highly annoying. Tried calling the call centre but as always there is a long queue
