Happy Lady
<p>I would like to compliment the Beaufort West Branch of Nedbank. Twice in the last 2 months I have been in for a fault (I thought) I wanted solved. The staff I dealt with stayed calm, friendly and very eager to help even when I was losing my sense of humour very fast. Never once was there anything except friendly smiles, calm explanations and an immediate issue of a new card which I did not have to pay for. I have to travel for 2 hours to get to the nearest Nedbank so did not want to go home with unresolved problems.</p>
