Excellent service from Maponya Mosale in Paledi Nedbank brunch. A very passionate and ever calm person I’ve ever come across . She always empathise with me when I’m having challenges, yet very calm. Her work is amazing. She always keeps me updated. Both my personal loan and credit application were successful. With the challenges of load shedding and other technical errors we were facing but she never forgot to keep me updated about the process.
