Handed over for what?

<p>I have been receiving threataning SMS from Nedbank attourneys for account that is on Debit order, I even have confirmation of payment and NRR thanking me for my payment, but somehow you handed me over... Nedbank I have emailed you and I have asked you to check in on this and still nothing has happened, but you continue to debit order, so why would the account be in arrears...</p>
