Handed over for banking fees after I instructed Nedbank to close my account
So Nedbank unpaid a debit order after I immediately paid the cash into my account AND they charged me more to unpay than the amount of the debit order. I called Nedbank and instructed them to close my account with immediate effect as Im moving my business to FNB.
Wow this morning I received a sms to inform me that my account will now be handed over to an attorney. Nedbank are you handing me over to an attorney to collect your banking fees after I instructed you to close the account. How can I be liable to banking fees for an account I dont even use anymore????????
