Handed over even if I sent proof that I am sick

I took a loan with Nedbank in 2019. I apid my loan and was up to date until Lockdown and everybody was home. I was still paying as I was working from home. I was infected with Covid 19 and I was hospitalised from 30 June 2020 been in the ICU from 30 June to 24 July 2020. I was transferred from Mediclinic to Vereeeniging Care Cure Rehabilitation Hospital until 28 August 2020. I was discharged with an oxygen machine I used from home until February 2021. My employer stopped my salary in August while I was still hospitalised and did not have any income to pay my accounts anymore. I sent proof to Nedbank that I was still sick and I had a pending case to the CCMA for non payment of my salary. I am still struggling with Covid 19 complication and I am still not working, my case is still pending with the Labour Court of Johannesburg. Nedbank handed my account over to NDCRS Inacive but I have sent proof that I am sick and I do not have income until now pending my case for non payment of my salary. P Hellopeter please assist.
