Handed over

<p>i received an sms for a outstanding loan from nedbank, when i contact the legal department i was informed that the loan was from nbc bank, a bank that does not exist anymore, i was informed that i was previously handed over and no responce was given, the loan was apparently opened over 10 years ago, i asked to emaile me the contract that i signed as i am not aware i had a loan, i was told it can not be done as nbc bank does not exist, how can i be taken legal action for a loan this long ago and i was never informed about this, never received any calls or letters or even an sms</p>
